I survived the FHS class of 82 reunion. It went well and we had a few blasts from the past. After closing down the actual party, it moved to the bar/lounge. When that closed, we migrated to a lobby complete with fireplace, couches, portable bar, and even had food when a delivery person couldn’t find the rightful owners. The crowd got smaller each time, but I was on the committee and so felt committed to the very end. Now that all of the planning and preparing, as well as the big event itself is over, I’m feeling a little lost. But at least I can feel a little better about my non-participation in extra curricular activites while I was in school. Only a little. Time to find a new project.
